That relationship begins only once you and Global Escape Travel, LLC agree to move forward. At that point, Global Escape Travel, LLC will provide you with a separate written Client Agreement and Cancellation Policy, reviewed and approved by legal counsel, which governs your specific booking — including payment, cancellation, and change terms.

Bookings made through Global Escape Travel, LLC are also subject to Global Escape Travel, LLC's Terms and Conditions, available at https://globalescapetravel.com/terms-and-conditions/, which include additional provisions covering suppliers, travel documents, travel insurance, dispute resolution, and limitations of liability specific to booked travel. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the Veterans Travel Network website itself; they don't replace or modify the Client Agreement, Cancellation Policy, or Terms and Conditions that apply once you book travel.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Copy, scrape, or republish our content, checklists, or worksheets for commercial purposes without permission.

• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation or security.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a trip inquiry or engage our advisory services through this Site.

4. Our Content & Intellectual Property

You agree to hold Global Escape Travel, LLC (operating as Veterans Travel Network), and its owners and employees, harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia.

This section covers disputes about the Veterans Travel Network website itself. Disputes arising from booked travel — including any arbitration, class-action waiver, or other dispute-resolution provisions — are instead governed by Global Escape Travel, LLC's Terms and Conditions and your Client Agreement, referenced in Section 2 above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
